Where is my order confirmation?

Your order confirmation is automatically sent to your email address as soon as you place your order. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, please contact us by email in case there is a problem with your order.

Before contacting us, please check your SPAM or junk mail folders in case the order confirmation has been redirected.

Do you offer the creation of a fully customized Seiko model?

Yes. We offer you a wide range of configurations and offer you the possibility of shaping a unique model. To do this, simply contact us via WhatsApp and select the elements that best reflect your style and desires.

⁠Do your watches incorporate original Seiko components?

Indeed. We use original Seiko movements for our creations. Although we draw inspiration from iconic models, it is important to emphasize that we do not make replicas or products officially affiliated with Seiko.

Are your products guaranteed?

Yes, all our watches are guaranteed for 3 years. We promise to repair or replace it if you encounter any problems. An additional 2-year warranty extension is also offered to you when paying for your order.

Are your watches water resistant?

Our watches are designed to be water resistant in different situations.
Quartz models are perfectly suited for everyday use, withstanding splashes, hand washing or rain.
Automatic watches, on the other hand, offer enhanced water resistance and can be submerged up to 100 m deep. They are therefore suitable for swimming and snorkeling, but are not intended for scuba diving.

Please note that the inscriptions on our dials are purely aesthetic and do not reflect a specific level of water resistance.

Delivery

How long will it take to receive a modified watch?

Each watch is carefully assembled and includes an optimization and precise adjustment of the movement. This process requires 3 to 12 days, depending on the demand, for a result of +10s/day. Once shipped, delivery takes 3 to 5 days.

How can I track my package?

After your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number. This can be entered on our parcel tracking page accessible here .

If I am not satisfied, can I return my order?

Yes, a 30-day money back guarantee is offered on all orders.

What are the return conditions for a modified model?

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your watch. You will be refunded within 5 to 7 working days after receipt and inspection of the product. Please note, however, that fully customized pieces on request cannot be returned.
